Hydraulic Gates

Hydraulic gates are used to control the flow rate of a natural or artificial watercourse. They can be operated manually or mechanically through the use of an actuator.

The possible applications of Jafar gates are many:

JAFAR sluice gates can have customised sizes, materials and shapes. Installation is easy and collision-free on walls or channel grooves. With a particularly robust design, we guarantee safe operation and high durability.
Our sluice gates are full-through and utilise a low torque during operation.

As far as the gasket is concerned, we use a specially shaped linear gasket, which can be replaced without dismantling the entire sluice box.
Gasket materials: EPDM or NBR or reinforced silicone

Standard leakage resistance – class C according to EN 12266-2, other designs are also possible. There is the possibility of testing the tightness in both directions. All gates are pressure tested and there is the possibility of receiving a pressure test certificate.
