The rubberized wedge gate valve internal screw goes up to diameter 600. It can be oval or flat body, in PN10, PN16 or PN25 versions. Flanges and connections are according to PN-EN 1092-2:1999 (DIN 2501), pressure PN10, PN16 or PN25 These gate valves are compatible with PN-EN 1074:2002 part 1 & 2; PN-EN 1171:2007. The body, cover and wedge are made of spheroidal cast iron with a minimum epoxy coating of 250 microns, rolled stainless steel shaft, bronze nut. The wedge is vulcanised over the entire surface in EDPM or NBR rubber. The rubberized wedge gate valve in both flat and oval EPDM body has obtained the declaration of conformity to D.M. 174

The paint used is compatible with standard 14901, in fact our rubber wedge gate valve is currently painted to GSK certification standards

Questa vernice ha più di 40 certificati di potabilità validi in quasi tutto il mondo. Fino al DN150 utilizziamo la verniciatura a letto fluido, dal DN200 quella elettrostatica manuale. La nostra saracinesca può essere montata in posizione orizzontale o verticale. Adatta all’installazione su tubazioni convoglianti acqua fredda e calda fino alla temperatura di 70°C o altri fluidi non aggressivi.

These spheroidal cast iron valves can be installed above/below ground. They are manoeuvred with a handwheel, or on request with a cap and T-key, manual gearbox, electric or pneumatic actuator, fitted with ISO 5210 F14 flange. They can also be supplied with By Pass, with opening indicator, with threaded connections. Rubberized wedge gate valves ensure total passage with minimal pressure drop. The sealing o-rings on the valve stem can be replaced with the valve in operation and the wedge fully open. The marking of the shutters is done according to PN-EN-19:2005, PN-EN-1074:2002.
